Science and Technology
In Congress, I am proud to serve on the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, the New Democrat Coalition AI Working Group, and the House Bipartisan AI Task Force. I am committed to ensuring that our nation and North Carolina’s Fourth Congressional District can unleash our full potential in scientific achievement and regional innovation envisioned in the bipartisan CHIPS & Science Act. The Fourth District is home to the Research Triangle Park and world-class education institutions, and I am proud to support legislation to bolster our education and workforce pipelines, fund our federal science agencies to continue their invaluable research activities, and create strategic investments in preparing our nation’s STEM workforce for the jobs of the future.
